Garrett, Ph.D., Sc.D.   Professor Henry Garrett was one of America’s most prolific and well-known writers on psychology and racial differences for the first 60 years of the twentieth century—but is now, thanks to the almost complete censorship of the science of IQ and the study of its relationship to race, almost unknown to the US public.

His contributions were however immense: he laid the basis for what became the most significant counter to the Franz Boas school of anthropology, which claimed that all racial differences were environmental and not hereditary.
